This wine has a well balanced structure with notes of pepper and red fruit. It pairs well with many of your favorite meats such as sausage, beef or pork. It's an especially good 'rib' wine and also goes well with pizza.

1800 lbs of estate Zinfandel grapes were harvested on 9/8/07 at a Brix of 28 degrees. The crushed grapes were cold soaked 4 days prior to fermentation, then barrel aged for 17 months. 14.5% alcohol. Sierra Foothills.
