Harvested 9/8/08 at a Brix of 28. The grapes were crushed, left in skin contact for 6 hours, then pressed. Primary and malolactic fermentations were performed in barrel, then the wine was barrel aged for 6 months. 14.5% alcohol. Sierra Foothills.
