Future
New Varietals
We've got a number of new and exciting wines currently barrel aging. Our Rhone Valley varietals (Grenache, Mourvèdre, Petite Syrah, Viognier) and Zinfandel (a foothills classic), were field-grafted onto existing vines in early 2007. They're barrel tasting very well, and will be bottled in the spring of 2009. We've also produced a very tasty Syrah Port that holds great promise and will make it to bottling very soon.
Custom Labeling
We're also in development for custom labeling. We anticipate that you'll soon be able to order Synapse Wine with your group or personal logo/graphic incorporated into the label. As always, we'll keep you up to date through our newletter. Sign up on the Call Report page.
