Shipping Policy

Our wine is intended to be purchased and consumed by persons of legal drinking age, and you must be 21 or older to purchase wine from Synapse. Direct-to-consumer shipping laws for wine are complicated and vary from state to state. We are currently in the process of applying for permits to ship to additional states, and have recently partnered with Vinoshipper to allow us access to more states.

Return Policy

Synapse stands behind each bottle of wine we sell. If you received a bottle that is flawed or corked, we will replace it. Please seal the bottle, and contact us for further instructions prior to returning it.

Security and Privacy Policy

A credit card is required to make a purchase on this website. All credit card numbers and sales information are securely encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. If you opt to have a credit card on file, the credit card numbers are stored in secure and encrypted databases. Any personal information, including email addresses, that you provide to us at Synapse is strictly confidential and will not be sold to or shared with other companies. You may remove yourself from our email list at any time by following the instructions on the website.
